Dr. Mohammed Hamood manager of Australian company has declared about the intention to set up the biggest industrial city in the zone . The work will be beginning during next October for two and half years  from the date of the begging the work . That project will depended on Iraq labor reach to 80% from the total number . Dr . Hamood has told the press that pentad group will sign other bundle of investment licenses with M.I.C during the next days .From his side Dr. falih  A. saqer ahead of committee of investment , economic and development in Almuthanna provincial council has showed the earnestly of local government to provide all the facilities for investment companies and prepare all the equipments that enable to execute all investment projects through issuance all laws and legal ways to solve the problem of allocation lands to set up the investment projects by ministries and  Parliament.Engineer Mr.Adel D.
