Under Guardianship His Excellency of prime minister Mr. Noori AL Maliki,  Iraqi & Japan Economic Conference has held in Baghdad in attend more than (500) persons including the biggest of politicians & Economists in two countries Iraq & Japan as well as Nationality Investment Commission and number of provinces Investment Commissions .

His Excellency of prime minister Mr.Noori . Maliki has said his speech At the beginning of the Conference and he stressed on the important role of Japan Government to support Iraq and encourage the investment by attractive more number of Japanese Companies in different sectors.After that Dr. Raffiaa AL Eesawi Vice of prime minister who showed the Japanese Government's contributions in support Iraqi people such as reducing the Iraqi debts and training Iraqi technicians also he confirmed that Iraq prepare to provide the best ways to success all future Japanese projects in Iraq.His Excellency Dr. Sami Al AAraji N.I.C Chairman his disclosed all the available investment opportunities in all provinces and explained all the privileges of Investment Iraqi law and Its amendments as well as he offered the raw materials in Iraq and invite Japanese side to take part in rebuilding Iraq.From his side Mr. Tada Heromatso the Deputy of minister in Japan ministry of Trade & Economic indicated to support Japanese Government to Iraqi sovereignty and showed the historical relationship between Iraq & Japan.Mr. Kotshi minister of estate for the foreign affairs urged Japan Government to help Iraq and development the work between countries in facing the dramatic violence and terrorism in Iraq.Al Muthanna Investment Commission took part in attend all the activities of the conference and the round of negotiations between Iraq & Japan in headed his Excellency vice prime minister Dr. Raffiaa AL Eesawi ,ministers of Electricity , Industry , Technology & science , Water sources , transport and Trade as well as number of chancellors.The negotiation included explaining all the available investment opportunities in Iraq also M.I.C offered all the available investment opportunities in different sectors (Housing , Tourism, Industry, Agriculture , Electricity , Health , Economic ) through distribute brochures , ( Cds) ,Investment's map Investor Guide and Investment Magazine which issued from M.I.C. 

M.I.C has invited Japanese Companies that showed its desire to invest in AL Muthanna province.It noted that the conference held according to the results works of club Iraq—Japan that held  in Jordan on June 2008 also the symposium  of Iraqi Investment delegation which held in Tokyo at last July. It concerned the first Conference between Iraq & Japan.
