Al Muthanna Province is still a focus of attention and attraction the Global investment Companies according to the enhancing security and available raw materials that entrance in number of industries as well as the cheap labor.Engineer Mr. Adil D. Mohammed M.I.C Director General & Chairman of the Board has received a delegation represents (21) Romanian Companies in headed Dr. Ehssan A. AL Dahash with companying Mrs Alina Bafil the representative of agricultural Rom Can Company and Mrs. Konstanteen Balawka the representative of Global Company of ABC and Mr. Dometro Loboo the representative of Lira- Inst Company. Those Companies are regarding in agricultural project and garbage circulation as well as housing units. The delegation has met AL Muthanna Governor Mr. Ibrahim AL Myali and they discussed the available opportunities in AL Muthanna province after that the delegation went in a tour inside AL Muthanna province and that tour consist of Al Muthanna cement factory , Sawa lake , Alsamawa salty and lands for agriculture investment in AL Samawa desert .After the tour a common journalism conference held in M.I.C in attend numbers of media in the province then they signed the (MOU) between the two parties includes setting up a factory to garbage circulation to change it in to organic fertilizer in full capacity  reach to (300,000)monthly / ton also build (100)housing units in a horizontal building in area (120-150)square meter as a pattern for proposal houses in addition to approval in entrance of agricultural production project through invest (50,000) acres from the regarding lands for agriculture investment in AL Samawa desert to produce wheat and agriculture yields and fields of cattle and chickens. They approval that M.I.C will prove all information and  available data as well as to all the facilities that guaranteed in Iraqi investment law also those companies will implement the projects after three months from date of issued the investment license for the investment companies.
